The Harman range of intelligent navigation solutions utilizes a system that actively learns about the drivers behaviour and preferences. This on board Inference agent collects and combines various camera, sensor, and on‐board diagnostics data in conjunction with on- and off‐board systems. The intelligent system is then used to offer a range of advanced navigation features, destination predictions, best routes for travel and accurate arrival times. It can also recommend various points of interest and preferred products, such as fuel, restaurant, hotel brands, etc., based on journey history. When used in a fully connected car environment, the devices can also learn from other drivers experiences and input.
